In cooperation with LMT, "Rīgas Centrālais Termināls" is implementing a 5G pilot project to ensure customized connectivity within the port territory. The trial period ran from 18.03.2026 to 11.06.2026. This timeframe allowed for the assessment of the technology's suitability for the port's needs prior to making investment decisions. The service is provided by the European Digital Innovation Hub and co-financed by the EU Recovery Fund.
