We are pleased to announce the next step in the ROPAX Terminal project - representatives of City of Sotckholm, the Port of Stockholm, the Freeport of Riga Authority and the Ropax Terminal have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation to jointly seek EU funding opportunities and re-establish the connection between Riga and Stockholm by the s. The MoU foresees further climate and environmental work concerning the passenger terminals in the centre of each city, with plans to apply for the CEF "Motorways of the seas" programme together this autumn, as well as joint cooperation on the restoration of maritime traffic between the two capitals on the Riga-Stockholm-Riga ferry route.
